The Kyoto Bowl is made of Molten Crystal and features a traditional rounded structure with thick walls, making for a very sturdy construction. The intricacy lies in the interior, which is carefully crafted to deliver a timeless beauty. • No Lead Content; Made in Czech Republic using State-of-the-Art, Ecologically Clean Glass (Crystalite). Safe to Use for Consumption.

• Minor bubbles, flaw lines or size/shape variation are considered acceptable due to the nature of the molten manufacturing process.

Shipping

Most orders are packaged in damage resistant boxes and are shipped with our primary carrier UPS from California. After you approve the engraving artwork, we proceed production and ship your order within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number to track the package once we ship out your order.

*Depending on your zip code, U.S. Ground shipping time is 1-5 days; Canada 5-7 days. See UPS Ground Transit Days. Express shipping is also available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping carton weight and shipping address zip code. The shipping charges for all available shipping options are provided on Shopping Cart.

Return Policy

You may return any blank items in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will not accept the return if the item has been engraved or damaged.
